Courses and Classes
It depends on the course. For example, Voice and Tunes costs 25€ for each level, which means you pay 25€ for a course that lasts between 12 to 15 weeks with weekly online classes. For information about all of our courses, refer to the Course Introduction section of each course.
Classes are usually held once a week (unless it’s a special intensive course) and, depending on the course, each class usually lasts between 30 to 90 minutes.
Online classes are recorded, and are available for the next 24 hours after the class which means you can watch them if you couldn’t attend the class on time.
1) Make sure you have a decent internet connection.
2) Although everything works on mobile/tablet phones as well, you’d better use a laptop.
3) Update your browsers ( Chrome or Firefox work best) to the latest versions.
4) To reduce background noise, it is better to use headphones. Also remember to mute your own microphone while the teacher or your other classmates are talking.
You need to make sure that your microphone and webcam are both allowed (not blocked) on your browser. Do this by going to the “site settings” section of your browser.
