Online Classes

Our courses offer educational content that you can access and study independently. However, we also provide online classes conducted in a Virtual Classroom setting. In these classes, you will join a virtual environment where you can interact with both the teacher and other students. Similar to a traditional classroom experience, you will be able to see and communicate with the teacher and your classmates during the learning process.

The platform we utilize for our virtual classrooms is BigBlueButton. For more detailed information, please click on the following link: https://demo.bigbluebutton.org/

  • Our typical group classes maintain a student-to-teacher ratio of either 3:1 or 6:1.
  • Once you have enrolled in a course, we will contact you either through phone or messaging.
  • We organize students into groups based on factors such as their age, gender, and country/time zone.
  • You will be added to WhatsApp groups specific to your class, where you will receive multiple available schedules and timetables.
  • Classes commence once there is a sufficient number of students enrolled and expressing interest. The waiting time for each course may vary, ranging from 7 to 45 days.
  • Inviting your friends to enroll is an excellent way to expedite the start of classes.
  • Private classes provide one-on-one instruction with a teacher, ensuring personalized attention.
  • Semi-private classes offer two-on-one instruction, allowing for a more interactive learning experience.
  • To form a semi-private class, a minimum of two students is required. Typically, this involves enrolling two friends, siblings, or a parent and child together.
  • Public classes typically have a duration of 45-90 minutes, which may vary depending on the specific course and level.
  • Private and semi-private classes generally range from 20 to 40 minutes in length, depending on the course and level.
  • The number of sessions per week can vary, typically ranging from 1 to 3 sessions, based on factors such as the learners’ level, availability, and scheduling preferences. At the start of the course, the number of sessions will be assessed and agreed upon with you to ensure a suitable arrangement.
  • Attendance is compulsory for all classes.
  • If a student accumulates more than 2 absences, the Educational Supervisor of DarulQuran reserves the right to remove the student from the course. Consequently, tuition and fees are non-refundable in such cases.
  • Learners are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before each session and be present in the virtual classroom at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Excessive delays in attendance may result in the teacher restricting the student’s access to the class. Moreover, irregular attendance may lead to the student being removed from the course.
  • Students must ensure that their audio and video are enabled during the class. If there are any limitations or issues, users are requested to inform the teacher before the session begins.
  • All course content is protected by copyright law. Any publication or usage of the content must include proper attribution to the site by mentioning its name and address. Failure to comply may result in legal action being pursued.
