DarulQuran Academy is honored to announce that is one of the largest and most active centers in organizing international Quranic competitions. The RAB International Competition, which is held every year in different sections (Tarteel recitation, Tahqiq recitation, Memorisation, etc.) by DarulQuran, is one of those competitions that meet with the enthusiastic participation of reciters and lovers of the Holy Quran of all ages and from all over the world.
The first round of RAB International Competitions were held, in 16 July 2022 which 160 of reciters from 25 countries participated in the sections of Tarteel Recitation, Juz Amma Memorisation, Memorisation of some surahs of Juz Amma, and Painting, and at the end, more than a thousand pounds of cash prizes and educational courses were awarded to the winners.
The second round of RAB International Competitions were also attended by 166 Qaris from Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, France, India, Indonesia, Iran, Madagascar, Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Uganda, England and the United States.
The competitions were held on April 3rd and 4th, and the winners in the sections of Tarteel Recitation, Tahqiq Recitation, Juz Amma Memorisation, Memorisation of some surahs of Juz Amma, and Painting received more than a thousand pounds of cash prizes and educational courses.
The secretary of the 3rd round of RAB International Competitions says: “This year, like previous years, we are hosting all the reciters and lovers of the Holy Quran from all over the world, and with the special prize that we have planned for this round of the competitions, we hope to see a more enthusiastic attendance.”
She further added: “The special prize of the 3rd round of RAB International Competitions for the top three winners in each of the sections of the competition is sending in person and free of charge to one of the international competitions next year in one of the Islamic countries.
This special gift, in addition to cash prizes and other educational courses, will give the reciters additional motivation to practice more and perform their best performance, and from this point of view, it can be said that this period of RAB International Competitions will be unique in the world.”
The secretary of the 3rd round of RAB International Competitions noted, “The preliminary round of this competitions will be held online on 16th and 17th March, 2024.
In addition, the final stage will be held on April 14th (after the holy month of Ramadan), from among those who have qualified for the final section.”
